I called ahead at 3:45 to order a curbside pickup for 5:30. I was asked to call back closer to the time of pickup and when I said that I was trying to give the kitchen plenty of time in anticipation of a Mother’s Day rush I was told if I called at 4:30 that would be plenty of time. I called at 4:30 and placed my order and was told that having it ready at 5:30 was no problem. When I arrived at 5:30 my order was not ready. I then had to wait 20 additional minutes for my order, during which time 4 other vehicles arrived after me and departed before me with their orders. I had already paid including a generous tip which, I certainly would not have included had I known what kind of wait I was in for. |

We have eaten at Timberwood Grill many times and choose you over all the other nearby restaurants. The reason: excellent food, excellent service, ambiance and reasonable prices. Keep up the great work! |

Hercules was excellent. (Especially with more horseradish!). Excellent blue cheese dressing! Other, good. Good beer selection and nice waitress!! (We just ordered and didn’t ask about menu so didn’t answer about knowledge.) Seems very quiet. A little music or game noise would help ambiance! Also…. please consider some low fat options for when I’m being good! |

When I found out it was our waitresses thrid day I was blown away! I would have thought she worked there for years! To have to deal with us grumpy old ladies! She really had us in stitches, and I hope she there when we return! Thank you Lisa!!! |
