Responsibilities
As a server, your job is to give your tables a remarkable experience, the kind that they’ll want to tell their friends about. It’s not easy! But if you pay attention to your guests, and the details of their visit, you’ll be well rewarded. Servers have to be over 18, as we serve alcohol.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately using POS systems; handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including table clearing, bussing, and food handling procedures
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
Our goal is to build a team of people who like working together. The first and most important requirement for working for us is that you like working with other people. Some other requirements include:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
Full and part time positions are available. We’re very flexible in our scheduling and are happy to work around school or other schedules. Pay is $2.13/hr plus tips.
